I have a deep love for ramen that goes way back to my childhood in Japan, where my mom would always take me to the local ramen joint. Ramen has always been my ultimate comfort food, and even here in Denver, I'm always on the lookout for a good bowl. Genji at Whole Foods surprised me with their decent, no-frills ramen that hits the spot without breaking the bank. The spicy miso ramen had just the right kick, and the noodles were on point. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!
