Room service surprised me with a crisp Caesar salad that wasn't drowning in dressing and a pizza warmer than typical delivery-plus, two free bottles of water sealed the deal. Breakfast at Bistro 128 was your classic hotel buffet: nothing groundbreaking, but definitely a solid choice when you're bleary-eyed from a red-eye flight and craving coffee. The real highlight? The friendly F&B manager who not only checked in on me but also waved away a pesky $1.50 charge after hearing my travel saga-talk about turning a tired traveler into a happy camper!
