Hi. Your food and coffee is excellent, however, this is the second time we all felt your place is too hot with no air circulating for comfort in the hot summer. I don't think your air conditioner is strong enough because both times the owner said it was on and blamed the weather. A good air conditioner takes out the humidity and cools the air no matter if your crepe pan is on or not . Please see if your air conditioner works properly. We would like to enjoy hot coffee and crepes again but may have to wait until fall or winter. I have heard other patrons complaining of same thing. Thank you
