Not sure what is going on there but there is a big change over the past few weeks and not for the better.
The hot dogs are undercooked and taste sour. The guy making them is too worried about his phone. Most of the time the grill and fryer is shut down. Milkshakes are like water and the language is terrible.
This summer everything was great now not so great. I agree with some of my coworkers there's no reason to go back to toby's anymore

Waited outside, a woman left back door to smoke, threw garbage out of a car, wiped nose with wrist,
Thankfully I saw this before ordering. Left immediately

I am originally from Belvidere. Growing up it was always Johnny's Hotdogs but as I got older I discovered Toby's Cup and the food and staff are awesome. I now live in Clearfield Pennsylvania and when ever my wife and I are in the area we make sure to go to Toby's. Highly recommend.
