A local spot offering soul food had a limited menu when I visited just before closing time on a Sunday. Despite running out of some sides, the substitute sweet potato pie was a standout addition to the meal. Priced at $12, the fried chicken breast with mac and cheese and collard greens was flavorful and satisfying, while the wings with corn and green beans were tasty but on the smaller side. It's advisable to call ahead due to the restaurant's frequent private events, and their Facebook page provides the latest updates.
