The jerk chicken, rice, and mac & cheese were outstanding, with fresh, flavorful food and excellent service from very friendly staff. The ambiance is cool and welcoming, and although there can be a wait, the quality and taste make it well worth it-I'll definitely be returning often.

The jerk chicken at Hummingbird Restaurant was exceptional, paired perfectly with flavorful rice and delicious mac & cheese. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a place I'll definitely visit again for a taste of the best Caribbean food in Trenton.
