Stay away from this place
Stay away! would give this place no stars if given the choice, This place used to be run well back when it first opened, I went there for the past 3 weekends. The last 2 times they took my order and when it came to getting it the stuff everything into 1 bag crushing all the tacos and making the dinner worthless. So this time I placed my order and after that was done I requested that they put it in multiple bags to insure they would not be crushed this time. When I drive up to the drive up window they hand me my drinks and 2 bags one bag had 1 item in it and the rest of my order was in 1 bag crushed together again. So I ask the person at the drive up if they could just put it in separate bags to avoid crushing. The manager kristen M. Snatches the bag from me says she take care of it I can see her though the window throws my food on the counter. Starts throwing it into 3 bags and rushes back to the window and throws it at me and slams the drive up window. I got there attention again and demanded that the manager apologize for that rude behavior. She refused to come back to the window told the associate have them complain to corporate. It's a shame that used to be a good place and local for me. I would rather drive to Vernon. I wont be going back to that rude and unprofessional place.

Service has gone downhill lately
The only reason I gave this review 1 star is because I couldnt give it anything less. We WERE frequent patrons of this store since it first was built in 2015, and back THEN there were no problems. Flash forward to 2020 and the store has almost literally gone to hell. The last 3 weekends we've gone, our order was jammed into the smallest bag possible, totally ruining our meal. Today, July 11th at 7:46pm we came to the drive thru and placed an order for nearly $30 and asked the order taker to please put our order in multiple bags. When we got to the window our order was in two bags...1 of which only had a potato griller in it..the other SEVEN items were jammed into another bag. When the store manager Kristen came to the window after we asked if our order could be put into separate bags, she rudely grabbed it from our hands, slammed the order on the counter (I was watching this whole thing) and jammed everything into 3 separate bags, breaking the crunchy tacos in the process. She came to the window, threw the bags at us, and slammed it shut, walking away while waving her left hand in the air in a dismissive manner as she stormed off. We waited at the window until a young Male crew member came up and we said we wanted an apology from Kristen. He relayed HER message to us saying "She's not coming to the window to apologize and said you can call corporate if you want to." This is the LAST time we are going to this location for ANYTHING, and may make the 45 minute drive to the Milford PA store simply to avoid this UNBELIEVABLY RUDE crew. I recommend NOBODY going to this location on Route 23 N in Franklin NJ because their service is absolutely terrible.

The kids who work here have been polite , funny , respectful . I DRIVE OVER AN HOUR to come here !! the Cantina bowls are fresher , bigger, than any in my area, and they bring the food right to your your table ! (I live in Bergen County)so Its about an hour and 15 mins , but worth it! congrats to all you guys and girls ! headed up later on !!! See you soon!!!
