Not every pleased with this establishment. Ordered a cake for a gender reveal, had sent pictures and discussed what we wanted over the phone and the cake turned out nothing like what was discussed and nothing like the pictures that were sent. Looked cheaply done and the Cake lacked flavor. When I went to pick up the cake, the owner was too busy helping another customer, walking desserts to her car and basically told me I could take the cake and go without any additional correspondence with me even after I asked her for help with how to close the box. The cake decor and customer service was not worth the price we paid.

The employees are not helpful when asking for prices on items. Nothing is priced. The desserts look old and been sitting there for a while almost against health codes.

There's no prices on anything. They just make up prices when they ring you up at the register. The desserts taste much worse than they look. Don't be fooled by the appearance. One dessert we bought tasted like it was sitting there for a few days. Just dry and stale. Shoppers beware.

We love PattyCakes!! Patty first created a dessert table for our engagement party. Her desserts are so good that we asked PattyCakes to make our favors for our wedding. When covid19 hit, we had to make other plans. Patty was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. She talked with us through the whole process making sure everything was absolutely perfect! In the end, she made beautiful favors with a variety of desserts. She also made us a 6in cakes that was absolutely delicious!! We love working with PattyCakes that we are also having her make our favors for our big ceremony/reception next year. Thank you so much for everything Patty!
