From the moment I booked online until the day of the reservation, the attention to detail was wonderful, especially thanks to Gustavo. The food exceeded expectations with outstanding appetizers like the tender croquetas and perfectly cooked chorizo, and entrees such as the flavorful paella marinera and seafood dishes bursting with fresh ingredients. The romantic atmosphere, attentive service, and live flamenco music made the entire experience truly memorable, and I can't wait to return.

The attention to detail from booking online to the day of the reservation was exceptional, with Gustavo providing great service, and the food, especially the cróquets, chorizo with onions, octopus, paella marinera, and mariscada, all receiving top marks, making Sayola a definite return destination.
