We just went there not realizing that Rita's had moved. Well we were very disappointed. First of all they did change anything so you think it is Rita's and it's not. If you own your own business and not buying into a franchise then build your own identity instead of riding on the coat tails of very success franchise. The consistency of the water ice was sub par at best and the custard had an overly salty taste. Also no consistency in the way our items were served. My husband and I both got gelati's and I had mostly water ice with a huge dollap of chocolate custard on top. My husbands had mango water ice on bottom with basically a tablespoon of custard on his. We made mention but nothing was corrected. The portion was extremely small compared to Ritas and cost much more. You are not paying franchising fee's then you should be able to more competitive. We will never go back and will make sure to let other's know. Found out now that Rita's moved and will go there in the future. So sad

Absolutely the best! Brought some quarts home and the result from the family was unanimous, great water ice!!!! All flavors are excellent but my personal favorites are Mango and Chocolate...you have to try them!!
