Staff was friendly. Food was not good. I get inflation…but the food was not worth the cost. Sides looked like they had been sitting there for ver…so I opted for the chicken pot pie. The pie was in the cold side and very bland. I as really hoping for the turkey…..but I just couldn’t do the sides. I didn’t help that the Diet Coke fountain dispenser did not have a nozzle on it and spray me with a ton of coke. Pay 3 dollars for a drink…:and I had to opt for something I didn’t want as there there were limited other options
I hardly ever go to Boston Market as there are none where I live…..I usually get it while traveling back home to Jersey…..but I won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame…I remember when Boston Market was a growing company and a good alternative to fast food.

I was at the Deptford location. Absolutely awful the girl with the bleached orange hair was rude , disrespectful, and argumentative , and the young man carving had a bad attitude. I have never received such bad service before and the girl with the dark hair who I thought was a manager obviously is not because she never took care of the problem. And how about mask wearing it’s on the door for the customers but only 1 person out of 4 wearing them. What a disappointment Boston Market I see why your losing business, And when I customize asked for three piece dark legs and you can’t fill it at least explain it to the customer and all would be ok don’t just fill the container with what the carver wants and not tell the customer and then say “ I’ve been here for months and no one had asked for three piece dark legs because my dear I come once a month and I order the same thing . I can’t believe you guys get away with being rude. I have never before had this service anywhere.

We haven't had Boston Market in months and we were really craving it, so we went to this restaurant for takeout. It looks really run down on the outside. There were 3 folks working the counter, 2 with horrible attitudes! They were yelling at each other and not happy to be there. We ordered chicken, creamed spinach, broccoli, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cornbread. It was not good!! The chicken was the only edible thing!!! The broccoli had an odor that I could not place and it looked like fresh and old mixed together...yuck!! The "cream" spinach was dry, the cornbread was dry and under cooked, the Mac and cheese and the potatoes were just not good!! Quality of the food and service are clearly absent!! Sadly, we will not be returning!!!

The absolutely worst food I’ve ever bought. The ribs not only looked terrible they tasted like pepper. My granddaughter had white meat chicken mash potatoes and Mac and cheese. She threw up just after eating. The Brussels sprouts were to be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later we left and they were inedible as they were barely cooked. Service was aweful. Food was terrible. Never again

Tried to order over phone, no one answers, pretty bad. I'm glad this isn't a 911 call, I'll be dead!
