We have been to this store a few times and normally it is very nice and service is good. Not this time! My family and I walked and we were greeted and were taken right to our seats. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come over and introduce themselves to us and take our drink orders. Well lets just say I can't tell you the server's name because she did not introduce herself and she was not wearing a name tag. She walks over to our table and says "what do you want to drink?" We give her our drink order and she gets our drinks. She drops the drinks off at the table and never comes back. We waited almost 30 minutes and still no one comes to take our order. We watched the server stop and talk to the other servers and didn't worry about our needs at all. We decided it was time to leave and walked to the front to pay for our drinks and the server is leaning on the front counter talking to a friend or boyfriend that had been sitting in there the whole time we were there. I have worked in the restaurant business and this is just uncalled for. There was a total of 6 tables in the restaurant that night and about 4 servers on. This was uncalled for and because of this I will never go back.
