The food here blew me away with its fresh, flavorful taste and incredibly reasonable prices, making each visit well worth the wait despite the busy crowds and occasional language barrier. The staff's genuine kindness and willingness to accommodate special requests, like making mofongo just for me, made me feel welcome and eager to keep coming back for more authentic Puerto Rican dishes.

The food at Downtown Deli & Grocery is absolutely delicious, and the prices are beyond reasonable. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient, making the dining experience enjoyable. I always leave satisfied and looking forward to my next visit to indulge in their amazing Puerto Rican dishes.

They don't understand when you call and ask for something on the menu. Food was good first time than I went again and pinto beans were so dry and tasteless. I was disappointed. I will try one more time.
