Been going to Polar Cub for 8 years, ever since we moved to this area of NJ. Loved it - great ice cream and good size portions for money. Until tonight. Maybe new kids are working there this season, maybe they were not properly trained in how to serve the ice cream, but the portion size on our sundaes was a little more than 1/2 the cup full. Extremely disappointed. Hardly any hot fudge topping either. Not the usual excellent standard for Polar Cub. Usually the ice cream is overflowing the cup. I hope management properly trains these kids, or they will have a lot of unhappy customers, maybe even lose some.

When is it not ice cream time!! The Pumpkin Ice Cream is the best. I only wait for 2 types of ice cream all year and they are pumpkin and peppermint!! I love Polar Cub!!
