While exploring the area for lunch, my husband and I discovered Yetter's, a classic diner with an extensive menu serving delicious food at reasonable prices, where we enjoyed a perfectly cooked patty melt and a fantastic grilled cheese with pastrami, complemented by friendly service and large portions, making it one of the best diners we've ever visited.

we went in February 2016, we got 2 dinner specials. They had 3 bad choices for vegetables, cream of cauliflower, something else and string beans for a dollar more we could have broccoli, we went with the string beans and they were GOD AWFUL. The stuffing was gross and sugary the spring chicken had about 5 bites to it. my meat loaf was ok and our mashed potatoes were pasty. the real kicker was when we wanted desert, jello, pudding or ice cream was included we wanted cake that was a dollar fifty more ok we say. we see all these great deserts and were kept being told no by are waitress because all of those were old and stale. They had 3 fresh deserts plan cheese cake, carrot cake and lemon coconut, none of which I wanted I wanted chocolate cake so I got a stale slice of chocolate cake which i must say it was stale and it was really great of our waitress not to charge us the up grade price for the deserts. All I can say is what the Hell? I paid 38 dollars for TV dinner style dinners and those string beans were GOD AWFUL. The place has really gone down hill and we will be going to the chatterbox in the future.
