They make one of the best cheesesteaks around! Seriously!
I have had cheesesteaks from Florida to Philly and yes, they are better than Philly.
Philly is overhyped with their wiz, no wiz cheesesteaks, I'll take mine from Angelo's.
If you want a classic Cheesesteak cooked correctly where you have some slight browning on pieces of the steak coupled with a very good sub roll that is nice and airy on the inside and the crust on the bread is perfect as it browned correctly. The crust is browned enough to give that light crisp bite where you can bite thru easily and not have the bread just rip apart and make a mess trying to eat it.
Whoever they use for the bread it's just a really good roll like you fine in many places and kind of expect.
