Had to deal with the assistant manager regarding professional transaction. I requested a phone number to the corporate office and was told to find it online and hung up on. This from the assistant manager. I realize these are probably kids with no business background but they kept hanging up on me when I was simply asking for help. Truly most unprofessional exchange I have had in my business. I will be reaching out to the franchise owner and to corporate office to help them improve their company.

Horrible..normally its great but I placed an order..got the wrong pizza..He didn't even give me a chance to explain started screaming at me..I've never ever had this experience.. I even told him go back if it was recorded..I don't need handouts but that how I felt..shame!!!SMH
