The bagels here are fantastic, with a perfect balance of a crunchy exterior and a soft interior, reminding me of the best ones from NYC. The staff is friendly and efficient, making each visit a pleasure, and I always leave satisfied with my meal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in this morning and ordered food that included a bagel. When I got home, I realized the bagel was missing from my order. I called them, and they simply told me, "they don't have it." Well, neither did I-otherwise, I wouldn't have called.
I've been a loyal customer, have spent plenty of money here, and even referred others. The least they could have done was provide the item I paid for. When I called again to speak with someone in charge, I was told there was no owner or manager available. That's unacceptable.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service make it clear I won't be returning. I can't help but wonder if I would have been treated differently under other circumstances. Disappointing.
