I enjoy the majority of the menu offerings, with only one dish falling short in the past. Despite this, I continue to frequent the establishment as a single negative experience does not outweigh the exceptional quality of the food overall. The Egg Foo Young is particularly noteworthy, and I've heard rave reviews about the chicken wings from fellow diners at the Borgata poker table, despite them typically not being fans of Chinese cuisine.
