Their food tastes like someone emptied a container of salt. When I called the owner did all but call me a liar. The owner said we would have to bring the food back to them. I took it out of the garbage and brought it back.
We had been ordering from them for months.
Needs a course in customer service.

I've gotten take-out from this restaurant for the almost 7 years I've lived in Whiting...pretty much the only place I ever ordered from. HOWEVER, a few weeks ago on my birthday, I called to order a free pizza and a sandwich. I had 10 coupons from the pizza boxes from the previous year, and wanted to claim what the coupons said "collect 10 coupons and receive 1 large plain pizza free". I'd done it on my birthday before and it was a fun treat! The owner refused to allow me to order the pizza for the 10 coupons, stating that they changed the policy to 20 coupons in July.With no raised voices, I stood my ground, WITH THE WRITTEN commitment on the coupons, and the owner refused my order. I decided there and then to not take my (relatively small, I understand) business to a place that didn't put customer appreciation and loyalty first. A while before this situation, I'd gotten take-out and 1/2 of my order was wrong...I didn't notice until I got it all back to my kitchen. I called to let them know, and about 30 minutes later, my COLD 1/2 was delivered and the wrong 1/2 was taken to the other customers. Now, I think I probably shouldn't have eaten something that was in someone else's house for a while. (I feel that other places I've eaten when an order was wrong, have said to keep the order, if that was okay, and they'd cancel the payment, in order to keep me as a loyal customer.) This owner could easily have given up one pizza to a loyal customer, I believe, however it was obviously not important for her to keep me as a customer. I will not return to their restaurant, and encourage others to consider dealing with others who appreciate their business.

We've ordered from this place many times, mostly because it seems to be the only one close to us in Whiting, but...their pizza is tasteless, their sandwiches hardly have any meat on them, the desserts are over priced and not fresh. The recent order (last week) was so bad, and so expensive, that I had to call and tell them off; I also told them I would not be ordering from them again. I actually get a better tasting, more filling sandwich at WaWa's...don't waste your money on this place.

The food is going downhill since the sons are running the business
1 - lack of flavor in pizza and meals
2 - pizza is like cardboard
3 - slices have gotten so small
4 - gourmet slices have minimal flavor
5 - pizza slices have no body at all
The parents worked so hard to have this place make a go of it. I hope the sons start to realize quality brings customers otherwise clientele diminishes

Wow, the only positive was the girl who delivered. Plus this was not her fault. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it came as a plain pizza. Both pizzas we ordered were not even close to being good. Dry crust, tasteless pie, barely any seasoning and no fresh garlic on the white pizza that claimed to have fresh garlic. To make matters worse calling the pizzeria did no help in fixing the problem. Plus there was a coupon with no expiration and charged me without the coupon because it was "expired". Customer service and pizza were horrible. Will never order from them again and will make sure my friends do not either. If you want a dry tasteless pizza this is your place though
