I've never had a bad meal in the bridgeway diner

The owner is so rude . my food came out cold so i nicely asked my server for a new "hot ' meal and i was told no by the owner. I will never give them my hard earned money ever again. Plus the bathrooms are so dirty and smell so bad

I ordered a Philly cheese steak. Waitress brought it out as a wrap and asked if I still wanted it. I said sorry, no. She returned about 3 minutes later with it on a hero. It was obvious the cook scraped it out of the wrap and put it on a hero. The amount of meat on it was now about 1/3 of what it should be. I asked her if she could take it back and put some more meat on it. She returned and told me the owner said that if I wanted more meat, it would cost more. I asked to speak to him. He came over and repeated what he had said. He didn't even care what the sandwich now looked like. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is how this place does business? I am not surprised that there is a $3.50 plate sharing charge. Please...Do not give this guy your business
