There's a cozy atmosphere at Frank's, with delicious pizza and a friendly crew that truly makes you feel at home. It's tucked away in the back of the old K-Mart shopping area, so you might miss it if you're unfamiliar, but once you try the food, you'll definitely want to return. I've been enjoying their pizza and other dishes for years, and the quality never disappoints, especially their fried calamari pizza and penne with vodka sauce.

If I could give Frank's Pizza negative stars, I would. My husband and I ordered a margherita pie for pick up. What we actually got was a regular pie with a tablespoon of minced basil and diced tomatoes thrown on top. We couldn't eat more than a piece each - it was horrible. When I called to complain about the lack of quality and the lack of an actual margherita pizza, I was told "that was the way we make it and you shouldn't have taken the pizza if it wasn't what you ordered." Um, it was MY fault that their pizza was terrible? So for $19 we got a horrible pizza and unsatisfactory customer service (after several years of patronizing their establishment). I told the "manager" that he has officially lost our business and we won't be returning. He did not care. Good luck with that stellar customer service. I'm sure it will get you far.
