Awful customer service. They hire incompetent young kids (Tina and Kyra) who have no manners or skills to deal with the public. I ordered a regular coffee with almond milk and was given the coffee almost black filled to the top. I poured some out so Tina could pour some more milk and when I got it back it was cool. When I asked her if she could pour a bit more coffee to make it warmer she rudely told me that I wanted it that way and almond milk is cold. I told her I didn't know that but would like more hot coffee in my cup and Kyra thought the whole conversation was funny. I asked for a manager and was told there was no one there. I asked for a refund and was told no
as they stared me down. Suddenly the manager Evelyn appeared and as we discussed what happened, Tina rudely interrupted our conversation and continued her unhinged behavior. I did get a refund but no effort was offered to make it right.
Customer service and hospitality have drastically declined.
