My family of four has lived in Ramsey, NJ, right next to Mahwah for many years. In this time, we have gone to East Tokyo hundreds of times, for birthdays, celebrations, and sometimes for no reason at all. Every time we go to this restaurant, we are amazed by the awe-inspiring show the chef puts on while cooking the hibachi, as well as the sushi, friendly atmosphere, and great service. Each meal is cooked to perfection, has a large portion size, and is delicious. Compared to other hibachi restaurants, the food is just as good, if not better, and the price is much lower. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for good food, great fun, and an amazing night out.
