Growing up in Passaic, I've seen a lot change, but New Hop Shing Kitchen remains a delicious constant that has stood the test of time through three generations. Those chicken wings? Pure magic, thanks to a sauce that sets them apart from the crowd of other Chinese spots in town. Plus, the friendly owner is always up for a chat about anything from cars to basketball, and if you're a regular, you might just snag some special deals that keep the cravings coming back for more!
