The Sevilla Restaurant was opened in 1985 by two brothers from Galicia, Spain and is located at 505 Main Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey.
At Sevilla, you can enjoy Spanish and Continental cuisine from our a la carte lunch and dinner menu or sample the variety of dishes offered in our weekday buffet style lunch.
The Spanish fare at Sevilla ranges from appetizers such as Chorizo a la Plancha (Spanish Sausage) and Almejas al Natural (Raw Clams) to entree specialties such as our popular Paellas and Langosta Rellena (Lobster Stuffed with Shrimp and Crabmeat).
Our private catering rooms are the perfect location for your next special event, and can accomodate groups ranging from 30 to 300 people for meetings, entertaining and all your special occasions.

We went to their lunch buffet. We chose a Friday and they probably had a little more in the way of fish because it was a Friday. The food was really great as was the service. They started off with a delicious soup, then a large salad with some accompaniments. Then they had at least 10 to 12 hot items. I really don’t think I remember them all, but, I do remember roast pork, roast chicken, chicken cutlet parmagiana and a pasta dish, chicken empanadas, rice, black beans, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, mussels, tilapia, shrimp, and a paella type dish. I know I’m leaving out some dishes. Also, the sangria was excellent, not just fruit juice and wine. We ended with coffee, tea and cake, included in the buffet. Most dishes were at least very good, some were excellent and we are looking forward to going back and try it on another day. All this quality for just $7.95 p/p is unbeatable.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is authentic spanish cuisine, the portions are huge, and the prices are reasonable. Most people will eat twice off of 1 affordable dinner (3 thick-cut pork chops, with soup (or salad), rice, and vegetables for $14).
My family always gets the paella, and says it is very fresh. There are a lot of traditional spanish dishes on the menu, including a variety of seafood, but there is also steak, chicken parm or marsala, and other non-Spanish dishes to please all appetites.
The atmosphere tends to be very quiet, and the lighting is not very bright. The waiters have found the perfect balance of coming around when they should instead of either interrupting your meal every 5 minutes or being gone for half an hour when you need them.
As mentioned above, the prices are reasonable - especially for the portion sizes. There is also a lunch buffet for $7.95 that I understand is excellent, but have not been to. This restaurant is a diamond in the rough in Passaic. It has been around for a very long time, and will continue to be with the service and food they provide.
