Ordered lunch today. Took an hour and a half for delivery. When it came the order was not correct and the fries were like rubber. Called about the messed up order and to complain about the fries. They said they would send a replacement cheese steak. I called back because the fries were inedible and asked for a refund.They said they would. The fries we ordered were $3.95 each and we ordered 3. They refunded us $1.
