After dropping off the kids at Rutgers University New Brunswick campus, my family and I took a trip down memory lane at Jenkinson's Boardwalk. We enjoyed classic boardwalk treats like funnel cake, Dole whip, and fish & chips by The Grill, while watching families have a blast just like we did years ago. It was a heartwarming experience to see the next generation creating their own memories in a place we hold dear.
