This used to be a family favorite for us until we had a experience that we can't seem to forget. We always come in a group of at least 7. This time we were 9. We had the usual great food. The check comes and someone notices a $10 error. We point it out to the waiter (who my kids tell me is also the manager) and then the negotiation begins. He cannot change the bill because "it is in the computer and Mr. Brandl is not there." Eventually someone at our table suggests to the waiter that we will just take it off the tip and he can work it out with Mr. Brandl tomorrow. He wants to know why we are penalizing him. He takes the check and comes back with a $10 item removed. We pay the bill. Would you go to that restaurant again???
