The food is OK, but now they have a MORON taking the orders over the phone.It's hit or miss whether the order wil lbe right or not. Very frustrating...

I ordered a special chicken salad which usually has raisins, walnuts, etc. First, the girl who took the order gave me an attitude about the name of the sandwich, then they took regular chicken salad a put a few raisins and a couple of walnuts on the edges of the sandwich! It tasted terrible!!!Why don't they just tell me they don't have it so I can order something else---??? I will never go back again and I am a long time customer.

Deli On The Cliffs Inc in Englewood Cliffs is HORRIBLE THE TIME MANAGEMENT FOR DELIVERY IS WAY OFF, i WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY BREAKFAST AND IT WAS COLD. ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM

They are inconsistent with their prices, they can never get the order right and their delivery people can not count.

The female owner is polite, but her brother is miserable.

i was visiting nyc from california and happened upon this place. the food was fantastic and all the counter help were super friendly, as if ive been there 100 times before. loved it

The food is expensive, diner-quality, and the service is terrible. the representative who talked to me had an attitude and sounded impatient. my office will NEVER order from them again.

hi.i love this store. i am back. well, she is the daughter of it. the hamburgers are incredible. it is much better than any other restaurant. well, that what i think. the people there are so nice. they deliver the delivery so quickly.this store deserves 100 stars instead of 5 stars.

i love the sandwitches they make.i think they deserve 6 stars. they have so much drinks you could have. they even have expresso. if you see the magnetic board,there are a lot of drawings on it. it is so beautiful made by my best friend

i love the deli on the cliffs.i love their sandwiches.especially,the meatball sandwiches.the most thing you have to like is the catering.it is so beautiful.they could make beautiful roses out of fruit.if you get sad, their catering will make you delightful.OMG!you can't forget about the salads.they have a lot of things you could put on you salads.

My Friend and I look forward to treating ourselves to the Eggplant wrap every Friday. Its the best one we have ever had! I totally recommend this place. Their delivery is quick and the prices are very good. The wrap is always full to overflowing.

The best pastrami Ruben I ever had and I am 74 years old. The place is so pleasant and everyone is so friendly. My friend had a salad that she said was one of the best she ever had.
It is my new place to go for lunch.
