I have been a fan of The Shack for well over 5 years. I have sent them many customers because the food was always good. Tonite I ordered baked chicken which has always stellar, however, it was burnt, really burnt. When I called the store to inform them, the response was I gave you an extra piece...Wow! Six pieces of poorly cooked and burnt chicken. I hate to think that this is their future. I will no longer be recommending them.
