First and last time I’ll eat here. My fiancé and I took my grandparents to dinner here. We had a reservation for 4 on a Wednesday night..did not appear to be over crowded or understaffed. Service was terrible, had to ask for everything multiple times. Food was dry and bland but we didn’t complain. At the end of the meal I ordered a cup of coffee that literally had a spoonful of grounds in the bottom. They weren’t the most pleasant when I asked for a new cup. Got the new cup, poured the cream which was chunky. When we told our waiter we didn’t want a 3rd cup and asked if he could remove it from the bill, he stood there and argued that it was heavy cream and he’d have to ask his manager. Surprised that manager, who our family has had many great meals with when he was at Fontana Coast, allows that.
