Used to Denver when their chicken franchise sandwich was the bomb .. now the foods gone down hill so sad

For those of us who grew up on Oakland pizza this place can't hold a candle. If you're looking for that special Italian sub with the thinly sliced ham mounded up on the first layer and the sandwich topped off with mounds of shredded lettuce, don't bother.

Service was terrible. Staff was inexperienced and inattentive.
Entrees were bland and the shrimp were tiny.
