I appreciate the employee showing me my individual cookie order when I pick it up from ordering online. On 6/18/22, I ordered the Caramel Shortbread w/ Twix. There was only 1 piece of Twix and lots of crumbs on it. I asked if I could get more pieces and they said yes, however, when they returned w/ my cookie, there was just more crumbs (practically like cookie dust) on it. Disappointing!
