There are multiple locations in Jersey where I've tried their Indian style pav, sold in a dozen packet, and found it to be soft and perfect. I always missed the authentic pastries from my childhood, especially the Pineapple flavor, and Hot Breads had the same amazing taste. The Black Forest cake I got from Hot Breads for my friend's birthday was moist with perfectly balanced sweetness in the icing, and they also offer delicious eggless cakes.

This is not a restaurant! Yes, they do sell some snacks but they are horrible. Many items from the menu are not even available. The prices are OK but that comes into the equation once you get the food you like. The owners are dishonest. They offer a coupon through LivingSocial (Amazon local) to get $30 food for $15 but then once you are in the store, they charge you NJ sales tax of 7% and then additional 7% "tax" just for using LivingSocial coupons! How can they charge the tax twice? This is their way of recovering money you thought you are saving as part of the deal. Can't stand dishonesty.
