We dined outdoors with a party of ten for my son’s communion party. We ordered wraps, burgers, salads, three pizzas...simple orders. The food arrived first, about 20 minutes later two pies came to the table. Our food was cold waiting for the pies. My son NEVER received his plain pizza. The waitress kept on saying, 9 more minutes. She was nonexistent for most of the time, drinks were never refilled. We arrived at 5:15, and by 7:15 my son was sitting at the table crying, and still had no pizza. I asked to speak to a manager two times and she never came. We always enjoyed Riverrock but it has gone downhill. We are extremely disappointed and left disgusted. So much for happy memories. This was supposed to be a special dinner for my son, and he was heartbroken. We will never go back again.
