I placed an order for pick up: veggie omelette with home fries. I picked it up without looking at the food. When I got home I opened it and everything was burnt. EVERYTHING was burnt. Omelette= burnt!! Home fries were all charred!! I couldn’t eat it, it had no flavor because it was BURNT!! How do you burn the food and the better question why would you actually give that to someone and expect them to enjoy it??? Never going there again. I feel disrespected.
Called the owner to make aware of my disappointment…. She rudely stated “ Some people like it a little burnt”. Unbelievable!!! She did offer to make another one…..HELL NO! I don’t trust her to make food even for my pet let alone me. P.S. it was way more than just a “little” burnt ma’am!!🤢🤮
