went here on a whim of reading about it in the paper. not a big beef eater but when i do it beef i like prime rib.Kathie suggested the king cut steak which she explained is cut in half prime rib style and grilled not roasted like a prime rib. excellent is putting it mildly. she informed us everything is cut and made to order so u may wait longer than anticipated. definitely worth it. from start to finish , hospitality, drinks, quality and prep of food was impeccable. made a beef eater out of me.
