I recently had a positive experience at a food establishment near my gate, where I encountered exceptional customer service from a gentleman working on November 1, 2019 at 6:10 PM. Despite a mix-up with my original order, he handled the situation with grace, offering alternative options and displaying genuine kindness. The efficient ordering process, friendly staff, and delicious Boar's Head chicken pastrami sandwich made my experience enjoyable and satisfying, especially during a flight delay.
