I discovered this restaurant through a Groupon deal and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and inviting atmosphere. Despite having to wait for an hour before they opened, the experience was worth it, even if it was a bit chilly inside the Holiday Inn. The food was truly exceptional, and I can't believe it doesn't have more 5-star reviews. I had the Citrus Salmon, which was outstanding, especially paired with the unique red mash potatoes.
