The empanadas, especially the beef and chicken chipotle, are incredible and pair wonderfully with options like black bean soup or sweet potato quinoa, while the fresh, well-seasoned dishes such as tostones, plantains, and Gallo Pinto consistently impress, complemented by friendly service, a cozy indoor and outdoor dining atmosphere on Division Street in Somerville, and a diverse menu that includes flavorful Costa Rican classics like sopa negra, yuca, and arroz chaufa, making it one of my favorite spots for authentic, reasonably priced, and naturally gluten-free meals.
