I present this complaint solely because of the Bad Attitude of the manager of Noches de Colombia.
Check your accounts well before paying!!!! This has always happened to me on Fridays. It's a girls' night and there are 3 drinks that are on sale for $5 but when it's time to pay, those who don't know about this promotion offered by the place pay $10. Last night it happened to me in 2 accounts the same night, I did not take a photo but I want to report the first account came out for $250 dollars and when I reviewed the charges and requested a correction we only paid $145!!! The second one came for $85 and when I asked for a fix we paid $60! And when making the comment, the administrator of the place tells me: I DO NOT ALLOW YOU to speak ill of the place, it was a mistake and it has already run. 😡 and I told him that this happens EVERY Friday and those who don't know are charged the regular value and more to educate their employees at the time of billing!!! I was going to take it as a mistake which ALWAYS happens to me when we go on Fridays, but the manager was very defiant towards my complaint. To be alert!!!
