I went out to dinner with a couple of coworkers and was seriously impressed by the attentive service and delicious food, especially the ragíº and the surprisingly flavorful cabbage/shrimp appetizer. The intimate setting with limited tables made for a cozy vibe, and the owner's personal touch really stood out, though it's a bit pricey and definitely worth planning ahead to grab a reservation.
