The service at Iron Skillet was friendly and efficient, with Desiree providing excellent attentiveness throughout my visit. The country fried chicken with mashed potatoes was perfectly cooked, and both the chef salad and soup were satisfying choices. Located near major highways in Bordentown, this clean and well-designed diner offers hearty, customizable meals that cater well to travelers and locals alike.

The Iron Skillet at the truckers rest stop near Bordentown is a great spot for a hearty meal. The country fried chicken with mashed potatoes was delicious, and the chef salad and soup were also very good. The service was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience overall.
