Horrible customer service! I attempted to purchase tickets for a show in July with a gift card but the website would not allow me to enter the gift card number. I spoke with the owner Dino who informed me they only allow you to bring the gift card into the club for reimbursement after purchasing tickets online with a credit card. I do not live locally and can't afford to charge my credit card and acrew several months of interest charges waiting for the July show. Dino claimed he looses money on shows where people use gift cards to purchase tickets and then they don't show up but in reality he has the money already from people buying the gift cards so he looses nothing. I asked him what he does with all the money he makes on gift card sales if he doesn't put it towards the shows they are meant for and he told me if was none of my business. Def sounds like something illegal is going on with this club, I will never spend another penny there! They have lost a loyal customer!
