The owner has a straightforward, no-nonsense demeanor that reflects a blue-collar South Philly attitude, which might seem abrupt at first but is rooted in genuine care for quality and service. You won't believe how delicious the food is here! Joe, the owner, might come off a bit brash at first, but once you taste his hoagies and cheesesteaks, you'll understand why everyone keeps coming back for more.

The rudest employees I order the cheesesteak they said 10 minutes I got there in 20 minutes and they still haven't even made it yet It was the worst cheesesteak I ever had
