06/09/2021 - Disappointed!
Tough tortillas drenched in grease, no filling, thin diluted chili sauce, dry and tasteless beans and rice. Take a pass on the enchilada at B & E. While they may make decent burritos, what they call an enchilada I wouldn't feed to a cockroach. A waste of money!

I eat here regularly and I love this place and the staff is amazing I would recommend to anyone passing through. Everything on the menu is delicious.

Stopped here with my wife to get breakfast burritos on our way to go rockhounding in the area. This was the only place open at 7am. I Ordered the green chili burrito and my wife ordered bacon egg and cheese. We were both very pleased. The green chili is one of the best I have ever had, chock full off meat with no potatoes or frijoles as fillers. May be the hottest burrito I have ever eaten, it was burning my lips! Amazing flavor! Will eat at this place again when in the area.
