Malheureusement ce restaurant n'existe plus... en juin 2015, lors de notre passage à Gallup, il avait été rasé et laissait place à un parking !!!

We were visiting from Kansas. We stopped by the cafe looking at its bright lights. The food was amazing and the service was great. The owner visited our table and talked to us for a while. We wish him all the best.

We went to the cafe after noticing the sign posted on the laundry mat. WE both ordered Bowel of pasole
It was the best pasole we had. Props to the cook and the staff keep up the great work.
