Food has gotten so bad. Service is horrible. I ordered chicken enchiladas that were so dry I asked for a bowl of chill to add to it. The waitress dumped the bowl of chili all over my grandsons food. I scald my right hand trying to prevent it from landing on my grandson. I rush to the bathroom to run my hand under cool water and when I come back the mess is still there. No apologies no clean up and my husband furious because no one came to clean it up. I go to the counter and ask for a fresh plate of fries with out chili and for some ice to put on my hand. The manager hears me ask for it and why and never comes to address the issue. He instead gathers the waitresses together and ushers them to the back to come up with a good story. I finally get up and ask for the manager and he comes over again never apologized or offered to clean the mess. Does not even ask how my hand was doing or if I needed medical attention. Horrible customer service! I ask to do an incident report and he instructs me that they do not do incident reports. They do not want a record of what happens there. I’m pretty sure that is illegal. So I call the police to get a record that it indeed did happen. My husband is so angry that he pays the bill with the same waitress and again no apology for what she did. He sits outside in the vehicle afraid that he was going to loose his crap all over the waitress and manager. The manager escorts me and my grandson outside and advises me that the owner said to tell me that we are trespassed from there. I hate it when people do not own up to any wrong doing. A simple apology and clean up of the mess would have ended this in the beginning. But by the owners lack of incident reports and now trespassing us shows me why Dad’s Diner has gotten so bad.

Food was okay. Very pricey for same meals and same size serving. Probably won't stop there.

If I could give them a 0 and still post a review, I would. Ordered a fried chicken dinner with baked potato and vegetables. Soup was the only decent thing served. Potato was hard. "Vegetable" was corn that came from a can. Would have overlooked these, but the chicken breast was ice cold and red in the center. When they "remade" it, the replacement was a half breast cooked so hard it would have broken my tooth to eat it. Their solution was to offer me a $2.00 discount for serving me an inedible meal. DON'T ever go here if you want good food or to be treated well.

I love Dad's Diner! The service is always great even when they are SLAMMED. The food is great. We have been there many times and never had anything we didn't like. Their sundaes are amazing and huge:) Thanks Dad's Diner!!!

Was very gross!!! We waited about 35 minuets to be served bad food. The fruit was obviously going bad with black spots on the fruit, and their was even a dead bug stuck to the side of one of my kids pieces of fruit. The lettuce greens they used for garnish was black and moldy at the tips. Fries and burgers were served old and cold, we could not even finish it because it was so gross. Waitress asked if she could switch out the old cold oil soaked fries, but I was so angry to have waited all that time to eat, for it to be served cold and nasty. Cashing out and they weren't sorry for their crappy service, and still I payed over $50 for our gross meals we didn't even get close to finishing. The cashier didn't even make eye contact with us when we were telling her about the nasty food they served us, and on top of that she was unfamiliar with her company's reviews about this same problem. All they care about is making a buck. I should have read the reviews myself before spending money on crap for food, and went somewhere else! Believe me I will not eat here again!!!! Thanks!?!?!?!?.

I love Dad's Diner. They have the best prices in town. The service and food is always good. I eat there all the time!!!! Always fun to sit, eat and watch all the activity.

This is my first time I got a bad meal.
Today I order eggs and bacon for breakfast; I cut up my eggs,
Took two bites and notice a hair under the eggs, call for the waitress
she said we can make you another order but they couldn’t compensate for the meal.
I had only eaten a half slice of toast; half slice of bacon and some of the hashbrowns. The bacon was under cooked. I was charged full price for the meal.
I am a regular customer I hardly ever see the owner there, the manager looks like she is mad all the time. I ate lunch there the other day the manager was going around standing in differed spots of the dinner look like she was mad all of sudden she started greeting people at the door and working the cash register. Then I notice that the owner had come in the back door. I ate my last meal at Dads Dinner (no stars hear)
A couple of months back I sat at the counter and notice that the grout was dirty with food and stuff doesn’t look to health I had told the waitress and the cashier and as today there has not been any thing done to make it better’ no improvements.

This is the first time I have had difficulty with Dad's Diner. Usually the food is awesome and well worth the visit. Yesterday my daughter ordered the chicken enchilada dinner, It came to the tsble quickly and looked delicious, but as my daugher began to eat she found a dead fly laying between the cheese. The waitress changed the order and apologized, but did not try to compensate in any other way and we were charged full price with nothing comped or offered for the gross find. Even after telling the cashier about the find, when she asked about our experience, she made no attempt to make a change. I think if one of the owners were present tnis would have gone differently. This is the first time in years of eating here that I have had any major problems.
