I have to say the way the burgers are made today at Lotaburger is horrible. In the past, you would receive a thick slice of hamburger meat which was then called a hamburger sandwich. Now a days, its like your eating a paper thin hamburger meat with sloppy preparations of the sides that comes along with it.
The service at the Tse Bonito Lotaburger restaurant is horrible. The manger and their team needs some training in customer service. The drive thru is suppose to be quick and efficient. However, it is prolonged over 15 to 25 minutes per customer to order and receive orders.
The sales associate at the drive thru window needs to speed up her customer service instead she's on her cell phone. The cooking team needs to organize themselves an do a flow line so there's no confusion on taking and receiving orders.
Does the upper management of Lotaburger corporation know how there restaurant is being operated? Maybe the upper management needs to hire a new restaurant management so they can correct these errors that are being made.

Crappy dumb tooo damn slow service since they started drive-thru service. Go in drive thru, they tell you to park, we're waiting for our orders forevermore. It's drive thru and WAIT for you order every time. It's a damn shame unfortunately. Might as well just close shop!!!!!!!!

Managers and cashiers all need to work on their customer service.. Very rude was tild 15 to 20 minutes on order waited almost an hour for my food..

The cashiers or one of the employees that take the call should ensure that what the customer orders is written clearly. I ordered extra green chili on the side & told the person that I want green chili on the burger also. This is the 2nd time this restaurant made the same error & they charge an extra .50, would this be covering the error? Get it right, staff. I currently don't have my reciepts.
